There are many web sites that offer free or paid Blogger Templates.  www.gazzan.net offers a significant variety of Blogger Templates.  Performing a search for “blogger templates” will turn up hundreds of web sites that you can browse to find a template.

Blogger templates typically come in the form of XML files.   Sites that offer Blogger templates normally have a download link that will allow you to save the template on your computer.  After you have saved the template XML file, installing a Blogger template involves following these steps:

1. Download your favorite Blogger template.
2. Log in to your Blogger and go to Layout.
3. If you added any widgets before like Google adsense,Followers,Recent comments, poll etc ….  then save those codes in your hard drive. Otherwise you will lose all of your widgets.
4. click on Edit HTML
   
   
5. Download full template and save the file to your hard drive. If you want to use your old template then you can use the downloaded file
   
   
6. browse your xml template then click on Upload.
7. You can preview your template (in this case previous template will not lose) or Click on CONFIRM & SAVE button.

Done. Now you are ready to see your blog with new templat

• Always back-up your current blog template before saving a new layout.
• upload a new blogger template before you have added any widgets to your blog as blogger will delete any current widgets
• If you already have widgets on your blog, an easy way to transfer them to your new blogger layout is to copy and label each one to a word document or word pad so that you can replace them once your new template
• Do not save your new blogger template until you have previewed it first
