To get started, create a publisher account by clicking here. Once your account has been registered, They will guide you step-by-step to set up your website to accept ads within 24 hours. Please note that many of our successful publishers consider three primary factors – cost, quantity, and placement. We recommend you create your ad zones with respect to the three primary factors.
Placement:
Central placement on the top half of your site will increase the probability that users will notice the ads, thereby increasing the CTR (click-through rate) and your potential earnings. In our experience, up to 50% of a site’s advertisers originate from the “Your Ad Here” link. Be sure this link is displayed prominently in order to further monetize your current traffic.
Other ad networks in addition to AdBrite?
AdBrite has no policy against using multiple ad networks on the same site. Many of our clients do use our service in conjunction with AdSense and other ad networks; though, we recommend you contact those networks directly for their specific policies regarding multiple networks.
If you currently use another ad network and your adzone can support banner ads, then we recommend you try our “reserve price” feature. Give us your HTML snippet from your other ad network and set a “reserve price eCPM”. Then replace their code on your site with ours. When we can’t beat your reserve price, we’ll show your other network. But when we can beat it, we’ll show AdBrite ads. You’ll always make the most money possible.
payment options?
At this time they offer payments by check in U.S. dollars. The checks are sent to the address on file via standard mail. Any introduction of alternative payment options will be announced as we would like all AdBrite users to participate

Why isn’t Ad zone showing any ads?
If your zone is not showing ads, first make sure that it has been placed on your site long enough to receive traffic. Adbrite review zones within 24 hours of the zones being placed on a site and receiving traffic.
These are some of the other most common reasons that your zone may not be displaying any ads.
How to improve my earnings?
Because AdBrite’s targeting is based on users, you will want to design your site to attract visitors from the United States or countries that have a large consumer base. These visitors are targeted more often by advertisers
Standard sized zones will earn more than flexible zones because they can receive both banner and text ads. This enters as many ads in the auction as possible, which makes the bidding more competitive and results in higher bids. The flexible format cannot show banner ads, and as a result the bidding is less competitive and the zone will earn less.
To maximize the earnings you should approve as many ads as possible. This creates more competition in the auction and increases bids, and it makes more ads available to help you monetize as many page views as possible. You do not want to reject ads because they are either CPC or CPM based, or if you think they are low paying, as this removes ads from the auction and results in lower bids.
Tips and Tricks.
- - Never start your pricing too high. It is better to error on the low side and get advertisers hooked, because then they will be willing to pay higher prices for your inventory when the pricing increases.
- - Make sure your placement is worth buying, the popular sellers in the marketplace tend to be sites with the most premium inventory.
- - Spend some time tagging your site, and giving proper demographic information
- - In your site description provide ideas of advertisers that you think might convert well. You know your audience best.
- - AdBrite is more successful if you sell a FEW premium placements as oppposed to just MANY backfill placements.
- - Hard code all placements. because of the concreteness of “your ad here”. Putting AdBritein rotation doesn’t perform as well. Just like an auction, the beginning price is never the final price.
- - Allow a ramping period. AdBrite is a tool to help sell your own inventory, and think of it as a virtual salesperson for you. Any salesperson needs some time to gain traction.
- - Entice advertisers with specials. You have full control to set pricing so make occasional specials to entice advertisers.
- - Enable AdBrite’s auto pricing which will raise automatically as inventory sells, and lower itself as vacant inventory sits unsold.
